Real Lives Reunited

Our very own Professor Christopher Liu is pleased to be part of a very special episode of Real Lives Reunited, airing on the 23rd of February at 11:45.

A British aid worker who led missions to rescue casualties in war-torn eastern Europe in the 1990s is reunited with one of the children she saved. The Professor performed surgery on this poor child, with dramatic results.

The clinic are delighted that this work will be part of the popular series and look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Professor Christopher Liu reflected "I was excited by the prospect of meeting Marigona again after so many years.  The reunion was joyful - I never thought I would ever see Marigona again!  She and our daughter Sophia are of similar age, and each has grown from a little girl to a beautiful young lady.  After the reunion, Marigona and Sally Becker, the Angel of Mostar, came to our home for Sophia's 18th birthday celebrations and that filled my heart with warmth."
